(WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES) We have reviewed the reported issues, verified the status, and worked to rectify the any issues to bring into compliance. A proactive approach has assisted in reducing penalty. In many cases, we have met directly with the regulators to help minimize the impact while seeking corrective action.
