Alan Pugh Sr. is the CEO of AMP Global Strategies. Alan started as the Chief Technology Officer with the company's inception over three decades ago.

Alan has over 40 years of experience in the Public Safety Sector. He worked his way through the ranks becoming a Fire Chief, Police Chief, and Director of Public Safety for a large county in the Northeast, PA. Alan has been involved with Designing 911 Infrastructure;  telephony, RF, and dispatch. Alan coordinated school safety measures. across schools while in the service of Public Safety and has continued that advancement since starting his own company.Alan has worked across the US and international performing consulting, installations, and more throughout the Public Safety sector.
